Privacy policy

Signus, s.r.o., with its registered office at Slnečná 9, 900 45 Malinovo, ID No. 44 041 438, Registered: Section Sro, Insert no. 51039 / B handles in the case of your demand for services under Act no. 18/2018 Coll. Privacy Statement:

  • name and surname
  • email address
  • phone

The name, surname, e-mail address and phone number must be processed to create a service offer, negotiate this offer or to answer your questions. Such processing is permitted by Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data. These personal data will be by Signus, s.r.o. processed for the duration of the agreement between you and Signus, s.r.o., for a period of up to 1 year from your request, unless you give your consent for further processing.

The processing of personal data is performed by Signus, s.r.o. as the personal data administrator, however personal data may also be processed by the following processors for this company: Martin Gregor – gregi, with its registered office at Slnečná 9, 900 45 Malinovo, registered in the trade register, or other providers of processing software, services and applications, which is not currently used by the company.

Please note that under the Privacy Act you have the right to:

  • Request information from us about your personal data processing, request an explanation from us about the processing of personal data, request access to this data from us and have it updated or corrected,
  • require us to delete this personal data – however this deletion will result in termination of the contract negotiations
  • in case of doubts about compliance with personal data processing obligations, please contact us or the Privacy Office.

The person concerned may exercise his rights orally, in writing or electronically, through the contact details above. If the person concerned requests oral information, the information shall be provided after proof of his identity.
